1st May 2025: EVRE, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of electric vehicle charging systems, has officially opened its advanced EV charger production facility in the Patancheru Industrial Development Area.

This facility is expected to produce more than 100,000 EV chargers by 2027. Currently, the company manufactures approximately 60,000 chargers ranging from 3.3 kW AC to 360 kW DC, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality products for both the Indian and international markets.

Krishna K Jasti, EVRE's Founder and CEO, shared additional information about the new manufacturing unit, noting that the company has achieved up to 70% localisation, thereby supporting the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.

The EVRE facility is outfitted with custom-designed automated testing benches for printed circuit boards, components, and chargers, which will improve product testing efficiency and generate detailed reports for every unit.

The company hopes to reduce testing times, minimise human errors, and ensure that all chargers produced meet the highest quality standards.
