NEW DELHI, 29 November 2025: The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) turned the spotlight on its next century at its 98th Annual General Meeting and Annual Convention on Friday, unveiling a new FICCI@100 identity ahead of its centenary in April 2027 while also announcing a refreshed leadership team for 2025–26.
Unveiled by Commerce & Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, the centenary logo is anchored in the theme “100 Years of Building Tomorrow” and is designed to evoke unity, continuity and forward momentum. The ‘100’ motif is treated as a visual window into India’s economic journey and FICCI’s role in shaping it, with a warm orange palette signifying resilience and national pride and visual cues drawn from Mahatma Gandhi’s association with FICCI underscoring its historic engagement with India’s development story.
Positioned as more than a commemorative mark, the chamber described the centenary identity as a celebration of a century of impact and a renewed pledge to support India’s next phase of growth. The visual system is intended to travel seamlessly across digital, print and event environments as FICCI gears up for its 100th year in 2027.
Coinciding with the centenary build-up, FICCI named its new office-bearers for 2025–26. Anant Goenka, Vice Chairman, RPG Group, has taken over as FICCI President, succeeding Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Emami Ltd. Vijay Sankar, Chairman, The Sanmar Group, steps up as Senior Vice President, while Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director & CEO, Dalmia Bharat Ltd, joins as Vice President.
Goenka, a former FICCI Vice President and past Chairman of the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA), brings experience spanning tyres, infrastructure, pharma, IT and specialised sectors. During his decade-long stint as Managing Director & CEO of CEAT (2012–2023), the company’s market capitalisation is understood to have increased sharply, while its manufacturing excellence earned Lighthouse recognition from the World Economic Forum and the distinction of being the world’s first tyre maker to win the Deming Grand Prize.
A graduate of the Wharton School with an MBA from Kellogg, he has been featured on Forbes’ “Next Generation Business Leader” list and ET’s “40 Under 40” list.
Senior Vice President Vijay Sankar leads The Sanmar Group, a diversified multinational with interests in chemicals, engineering technologies and shipping, and a footprint across India, Egypt and Mexico. Known for a strong governance and CSR orientation, he sits on the boards of companies such as TVS Motor Company and TCI Ltd, is associated with several healthcare and research institutions, and also serves as Honorary Consul General of Denmark in Chennai.
Vice President Puneet Dalmia has overseen Dalmia Bharat’s transformation since 2004 under a responsible growth agenda that has made the company one of India’s most watched cement players. A serial entrepreneur who co-founded the jobs portal JobsAhead.com in 1999, he was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Manufacturing) in 2017 and Best CEO in the Cement category by Business Today in 2022 and currently chairs the Board of Governors of IIM Raipur.
As FICCI counts down to its 100th year in 2027, the new logo and leadership combine to set the tone for a phase defined by rapid manufacturing expansion, green transitions and a sharper push for global competitiveness across Indian industry.
