Mumbai, March 02, 2026: The Mahindra Group is one of the world’s largest and most respected multinational federations, with 3,24,000 employees across over 100 countries. The Group holds leadership positions in farm equipment, utility vehicles, IT, and financial services in India, and is the world’s largest tractor company by volume. It has delivered a commanding performance in February 2026, recording total auto sales of 97,177 vehicles, marking a strong 18% year-on-year growth, including exports.
The company’s SUV portfolio once again led from the front. Domestic Utility Vehicle sales surged to 60,018 units, up 19% year-on-year, while total UV sales, including exports, stood at 60,685 units. Domestic Commercial Vehicle sales remained resilient at 24,585 units, registering a steady 10% growth.
Commenting on the performance, Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., said:“February saw SUV sales of 60,018 units, a growth of 19%, reflecting robust customer demand across the portfolio. Total vehicle sales stood at 97,177 units, an 18% year-on-year growth.”

Total vehicle sales of 97,177 units include SUVs, LCVs (<3.5T), three-wheelers, and export volumes. Utility Vehicle (UV) sales comprise volumes reported by subsidiary Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited, while overall sales figures also include volumes from Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited. The data further includes sales of Bolero Maxx PUP HD 1.9 and HD 2.0 variants.
