Coimbatore/New Delhi, October 8, 2025: In FY2025-26, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd plans to add 500 more service workshops across its ARENA and NEXA channels. The company recently opened its 5,000th ARENA service touchpoint in Coimbatore, informed Managing Director & CEO Hisashi Takeuchi.
This new facility, created in collaboration with a nearby dealer, demonstrates Maruti Suzuki’s dedication to offering dependable, quicker, and easier auto repair services throughout India.

We will continue to grow this network to support our customers.”With this addition, Maruti Suzuki will have more than 5,640 touchpoints in 2,818 cities as part of its nationwide service network. This network includes Authorised Service Stations, Rural Workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), ARENA and NEXA workshops, and Service-on-Wheels.
With more than 400 authorised stores in Tamil Nadu alone, the brand’s emphasis on accessibility is further supported. Covering 3,200 square metres, the recently opened facility in Coimbatore has four service bays and four body repair bays furnished with cutting-edge equipment and diagnostic systems.
Over 27 million vehicles were serviced by Maruti Suzuki in FY2024–2025, which was a record for the company. In the first half of FY2025-26, the company has already serviced over 14 million vehicles. According to the company, its growing infrastructure now allows it to service up to 30 million vehicles a year.
