ARENQ partners with Lucas TVS to expand distribution of electric vehicle powertrain products in India.

February 1, 2023: ARENQ, an Indian company specializing in storage batteries, has entered into a three-year partnership with Lucas TVS, a Chennai-based auto electrical company. The partnership aims to expand ARENQ's sales and marketing services to distribute Lucas's motors and controllers across India, with a target of 50,000 motors and controllers to be distributed to various industry segments including two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, and pick-up vans. As part of the agreement, Lucas TVS will train ARENQ engineers in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the products, enabling ARENQ to set up motors and controller service centers across India. The partnership is seen as a step towards strengthening the EV powertrain industry in India and combining ARENQ's sales and service expertise with Lucas TVS's 60 years of motor manufacturing expertise. Both companies are looking forward to this new collaboration.
