Coimbatore February 1, 2023:Japanese auto components company, Musashi Seimitsu Industry, has made a strategic investment in India’s Bharat New-Energy Company to promote the adoption of electric mobility in India. Both companies will focus on two-wheelers to begin with and are committed to contributing to the Indian government’s objective of self-reliant India by establishing local EV manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Musashi will focus on electric power train and advanced battery technologies, while BNC will focus on vehicle development and distribution. The investment aligns with Musashi’s goal to create a harmonious community where people and environment are in balance and its strategy towards carbon neutrality.
