The Vietnamese automotive giant VinFast has been honored by TIME Magazine, securing the 101st position on the “ASIA-PACIFIC’S BEST COMPANIES OF 2025” list for the second consecutive year. This recognition highlights the company’s role in “shaping the region’s role in global business,” emphasizing its growing influence on sustainable economic and social development in the Asia-Pacific region.
VinFast has surpassed numerous well-established automotive brands and is the only Vietnamese company to feature in the top 200 rankings.
With a total evaluation score of 89.01, VinFast has demonstrated consistent revenue growth and excelled in the “Sustainability Transparency” category, outperforming several established firms in terms of societal contributions and carbon emission reductions, as well as its active participation in the global green revolution.
Furthermore, the company’s ranking of 100th in employee satisfaction indicates a positive and cohesive workplace environment, reflecting VinFast’s commitment to sustainable economic and social development in the Asia-Pacific region.

VinFast has successfully established its presence in Vietnam, North America, and Europe, and has since ventured into new international markets. In the past year, the company has launched operations in the Middle East and India, while also initiating sales and deliveries of its electric SUV lineup in Indonesia and the Philippines. This expansion is bolstered by appealing sales and after-sales policies, along with a growing network of dealers.
In Asia, VinFast is actively working to enhance its production capabilities by setting up electric vehicle manufacturing facilities in Indonesia and India. These efforts aim to create substantial employment opportunities and foster the development of the local electric vehicle sector.
