The agreement, which runs through December 2032, builds on a long-standing partnership of several decades and reinforces BorgWarner’s position as a trusted technology partner across critical off-highway applications. The extended contract covers a broad spectrum of use cases—from construction and agricultural machinery to marine platforms and stationary power systems—highlighting the versatility and scalability of BorgWarner’s control technologies across diverse and demanding environments.

Machine controllers play a critical role in translating operator inputs into precise actuator responses, enabling smooth, safe, and efficient operation in challenging environments such as construction and excavation. In addition, BorgWarner will supply power module controllers for electric machines and advanced battery management system (BMS) controllers—demonstrating its capability to support the growing shift toward electrification in the off-highway sector.
