Bengaluru, August 18, 2026: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Black Edition, a limited-edition styling package designed to give the popular B-SUV a sportier, more premium and distinctive appearance. The Aero Black Edition adds a range of blacked-out exterior elements, including a front grille upper garnish, front spoiler, headlamp garnish, tailgate garnish and rear spoiler, along with an exclusive Aero Black limited-edition badge. Together, these enhancements give the Hyryder a more dynamic and commanding road presence. The styling package is available across Midnight Black G and V grades, covering both Neo Drive and Strong Hybrid variants. Priced at ₹31,999/- the package will be offered for a limited period, subject to stock availability. Customers can also opt for a dealer-level All Black Package at an additional cost. Since its launch in 2022, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder has crossed 2 lakh sales, establishing itself as a strong contender in India’s B-SUV segment. The SUV combines distinctive styling, advanced technology and multiple powertrain options to cater to a wide range of buyers.
The Hyryder is available with a self-charging strong hybrid electric powertrain and a Neo Drive petrol powertrain. The strong hybrid version delivers a claimed fuel efficiency of 27.97 km/l, while the Neo Drive range is offered with a 1.5-litre K-Series engine, manual and automatic transmissions, and 2WD and 4WD options. The SUV features twin LED DRLs, a Crystal Acrylic Grille and 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, highlights include ventilated leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, ambient lighting and a 360-degree camera.
Toyota also offers rear reclining seats, rear AC vents, USB charging ports and 60:40 split rear seats, enhancing everyday practicality and passenger comfort. The Hyryder is backed by a 3-year/1,00,000-km warranty, extendable up to 5 years/2,20,000 km, along with an 8-year/1,60,000-km hybrid warranty.
