Sharper, More Contemporary Exterior
The refreshed XC60 displays a redesigned grille with slimmer front proportions, prominently showcasing Volvo’s iconic Iron Mark logo, flanked by signature Thor’s Hammer LED headlamps with Active Bending technology. At the rear, darkened taillights add a sportier edge, complemented by 19-inch 5-double-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels that enhance its stance.
Customers can select from six colours, including the new nature-inspired Forest Lake shade, alongside Crystal White, Onyx Black, Denim Blue, Bright Dusk, and Vapour Grey. Volvo notes Forest Lake’s versatility across urban and rugged terrains. Completing the exterior upgrades is a panoramic sunroof.

Reimagined Scandinavian Luxury Interior
Inside, the cabin receives a brighter and more serene ambiance with the introduction of a new Blond interior option, genuine wood inlays, and a tailored Charcoal dashboard featuring contrast stitching. Ventilated and heated front seats with massage function, premium Nappa leather upholstery, and 4-zone climate control with an advanced PM2.5 air cleaner enhance passenger comfort.
Practicality is improved with smarter storage solutions, wireless phone charging, and a flexible load compartment, blending luxury with everyday usability.
Technology at the Core

The centrepiece is an 11.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Cockpit Platform, delivering superior processing speed, improved graphics, and seamless over-the-air updates. The Android-based system integrates Google services (with a five-year subscription) and wired Apple CarPlay support.
A 12.3-inch digital driver display and an enhanced 360-degree camera with split-screen functionality improve driver awareness and control. The premium 15-speaker, 1,410W Bowers & Wilkins audio system with an air-ventilated subwoofer offers an immersive listening experience.
Advanced Safety and Driver Assistance
Volvo’s hallmark safety features take centre stage with City Safety collision avoidance, Run-off Road Protection, Oncoming Lane Mitigation, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with cross-traffic alert, and front and rear Collision Mitigation Support.
Assisted driving technologies include Pilot Assist semi-autonomous driving and Adaptive Cruise Control. Parking is made effortless with Parking Assist covering front, rear, and side, supported by the 360-degree camera system.
Efficient Mild-Hybrid Powertrain
Underneath the hood, the XC60 retains its 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, producing 250 hp and 360 Nm of torque. Power is delivered to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission, balancing performance with fuel efficiency.
Volvo’s Commitment to the Indian Market
The XC60 remains Volvo’s best-selling model globally, and the refreshed version highlights the brand’s commitment to growing its presence in India’s luxury SUV segment.
“With this update, we offer our customers a product that combines cutting-edge technology, outstanding safety, and the distinct Scandinavian luxury Volvo is renowned for,” Malhotra added.
