NEW DELHI, Aug. 20, 2025:As India’s electric vehicle sector accelerates amid environmental and economic pressures, the CII Delhi EV Summit 2025 is set to convene industry leaders, policymakers, and investors on Aug. 21 to map strategies for a resilient and scalable EV ecosystem.

The summit will open with remarks from Sameer Aggarwal, founder and CEO of fintech firm Revfin and chairman of the CII Delhi Panel on Liveability.
Revfin, in collaboration with RedSeer Consulting and Green Frontier Capital, will launch India’s first commercial EV report, “Driving Commercial EV Adoption through Financing”, at the CII Delhi EV Summit in 2025.
The report will discuss the challenges and opportunities for electrifying commercial fleets, which are critical to improving urban air quality. Aggarwal has previously increased access to EV financing in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, with a focus on users who have historically been underserved by traditional lending.
The panels will connect with industry leaders to discuss the role of digital innovation in reshaping mobility.
Policymakers including senior government officers are expected to present regulatory frameworks for accelerating EV Adoption.
The day will feature a CEO panel moderated by Sameer Aggarwal of Revfin, which will discuss investment trends, market growth, and cross-industry collaborations amongst various OEMs
Next-generation batteries, ultra-fast charging, smart grids, and vehicle-to-grid systems will also be discussed, with various panelists.
Discussions will focus on sustainable sourcing, battery recycling, and renewable-powered charging solutions.

Another key topic will be infrastructure readiness, which includes last-mile connectivity, integrated transportation networks, and smart parking.
Other Experts including officials from Stride Green Capital will share their insights on how to build EV-ready urban ecosystems. With India on track to meet ambitious climate targets, the summit aims to serve as a forum for policy, technology, and capital to shape a sustainable and commercially viable EV future.
