BENGALURU: 1st September 2025: Ola Electric has secured Production Linked Incentive (PLI) certification for its Gen 3 scooter portfolio, marking a key milestone that will boost its profitability from the second quarter of the 2025-26 financial year.
This certification, granted by the Automotive Research Association of India under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, makes Ola eligible for incentives ranging from 13 to 18 percent of the determined sales value until 2028.
By qualifying the majority of its current sales portfolio, Ola Electric is set to strengthen its cost structure and margins, supporting its goal of sustainable growth while continuing to offer competitive electric vehicles.
