Bengaluru, March 21, 2025: Peyman Kargari, former Chairman and President of Nissan’s luxury brand Infinity has been appointed Head of International Business at TVS Motor Company (TVSM). He will work from the company’s Dubai office and report directly to K N Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor Company.
Peyman, who has extensive automotive experience managing all functions in the country, including R&D, manufacturing, S&M, and aftersales, has over 30 years of leadership experience in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He was previously the Managing Director of Renault Middle East and Country Manager Director in Iran, as well as the Chairman and Senior Vice President of Africa, the Middle East, and India Region CEO of the DATSUN brand.
TVS Motor Company’s Director and CEO, K. N. Radhakrishnan, announced the appointment, stating that “Peyman’s extensive global leadership experience and expertise will add significant value to the company.”
The company has been strengthening its position in international markets, with plans to expand further in advanced economies. During his time at Nissan INFINITY, he oversaw the brand’s entire global value chain, including product planning, R&D, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing, and finance. He transformed the brand over three years, until March 2023, resulting in a 20% increase in volume and putting the company on track for an annual profit of USD 1 billion.
He has overseen operations in over 80 countries for the Nissan Group. Previously, from 2014 to 2017, he was the VP of Sales & Marketing, overseeing a 4 billion Euro turnover and 400,000 sales each year.
Peyman, a mechanical engineer and an MBA with a focus on finance, strategy, and leadership, is expected to play a critical role in consolidating the firm’s international operations, according to company officials.
